Use License

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Content Guidelines

Users are responsible for the photos they upload and share. You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass or harm other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization

Subscriptions and Payments

SnapForMe offers various subscription tiers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic recurring billing for your chosen subscription tier
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

Tips and Earnings

Photographers can earn tips through the platform. SnapForMe retains 10% of all tips, with 90% going to the photographer. Payment processing fees may apply. Payouts are subject to:

• Minimum balance requirements
• Identity verification
• Compliance with payment processor terms

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to photos you upload. By using SnapForMe, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit your photos as necessary to provide the service. The SnapForMe name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by SnapForMe.

Limitation of Liability

SnapForMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the business.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of SnapForMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
